Space Capsule House Dimensions & Layout

At 5.8 × 2.2 × 2.5 m, the unit is compact enough to ship on a standard truck yet sized to live in. The floor plan pairs a bedroom with a separate bathroom: a sofa bed and projection wall form the living area, while the bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, water heater and washing machine. A tempered glass door separates the two spaces without blocking light.

What’s Included — Turnkey Interior

Unlike a shell, this capsule house ships turnkey: sofa bed, projection wall, operating desk, wardrobe, air conditioning, water heater, washing machine, and a complete bathroom. Every unit leaves the factory fully wired, plumbed and finished — the only work on site is connecting power and water.

Materials & Structure

The shell is a one-piece, rounded-corner structure with a galvanized steel frame and insulated wall and roof panels. The front elevation is a floor-to-ceiling tempered glass facade on a black aluminum frame, with fixed glass side windows and a high window for ventilation. Insulation and glazing can be upgraded for hot, cold or coastal climates on request.

Applications

The capsule house is used as glamping accommodation, resort and scenic-area cabins, garden guest rooms, mobile offices and pop-up retail. Its compact footprint and finished interior make it the fastest way to add bookable rooms without a construction programme.

Transport & Installation

The unit ships whole and positions on a simple level pad or screw-pile base — no deep foundation. Two technicians and light lifting equipment complete a typical setup in under a day. For multi-unit resorts, units can be placed side by side or stacked in configurations to suit the site.
